Licensing Option Two — Gold: Commissionable.
Check this box if you would like to apply for the EasyGreenz™ license for your market for an annual licensing fee of just $150.00. + a onetime setup fee of $50.00 plus a sales commission equivalent to the first month of each rental/service fee on each EasyGreenz™ sales contract. You will own the contract and all renewals. Also includes a FREE linked listing on Interiorplantscaper.com

Check this box to agree to the Terms Of Service and Code Of Ethics for EasyGreenz™ Platinum & Gold. By checking this box, you understand fully that you are entering into a legally binding contract and represent that you are over 18 years of age. Please print a copy of the TOS for your records.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: There's no payment due at this time. If your application for an EasyGreenz™ License is approved, we will contact you via email within 48 hours and you may pay your $50.00 set-up fee by credit card.  Upon completion of your micro-web, we will ask you to "proof" it for accuracy and once you have notified us that no corrections are required, we will invoice you for the balance due via email. Your EasyGreenz™ micro-web will go live upon completion of payment. Invoices not paid within our net thirty terms will result in the disablement of your micro-web and a $50 fee will apply to re-enablement.
